Though they
have lived for an age, Dragon Ogres spend most of their years slumbering under
the mountains, and it is only when terrible storms assail the crests of the
mortal world that they stir and come to life. As lightning spears out of the
skies, the Dragon Ogres scale mountain and glacier. They do this in order to
bathe in lightning, rejoicing in the raw forces of nature, for it is the storm
that invigorates them and fills them with deadly energy for their coming
battles.

SupprimerYou promised us in the last post, and... we are left speechless by the quality of the sculpture and painting. We have noticed that sometimes very large miniatures in a 28-30mm scale world have what we would call a "doll effect": that is, appearing as too large objects, with boring uniform surfaces to paint. Your dragon ogre on the contrary is rich in sculpted and painted details, which wonderfully avoids this risk! Bravo! Have you ever tried your hand at fully sculpting a miniature?
RépondreSupprimerFully agree Rodor, I added the maximun of details in order to hide the simple resize effet or Doll effect as you mention. One of these day i'll try out a complet sculpted model 😀
